The restaurant of the Hadji Nikoli Inn offers a unique atmosphere of comfort and authenticity with perfect service, European and Bulgarian traditional dishes, a gourmet menu, a wide collection of high-quality Bulgarian wines and wines from all over the world which are carefully selected by a team of dedicated oenologists.
The inn’s chefs have been personally trained by the Bulgarian president’s honorable chef and by the vice-president of the Euro-Toques International (the European Chef's Association). Meals at the Hadji Nikoli Inn’s restaurant are prepared at the time of ordering using the best and the freshest products. The food cooked in the restaurant has the taste and quality of home-cooked food because no artificial flavors and additives are used in cooking.
There are several lounges in the restaurant located on two floors. The main restaurant, which is on the first floor, accommodates up to 60 people. On the second floor of the restaurant, there are two more lounges with a capacity for 20 people.

The beautiful summer garden of the complex is located in the courtyard of the Hadji Nikoli Inn. The garden is a perfect place for dining, relaxation, entertainment, performances in the open, readings, chamber music concerts, company events, parties, banquets, wine-testing, weddings, cocktails and more.
During the summer every Friday and Saturday you could enjoy live classic guitar music in the open.
