I feel the building has been renovated in keeping with traditional Bulgarian Architecture and done to a high standard, the layout of the rooms makes the whole place feel interesting and encourages you to explore the place. The food is varied and pleasant, Although due to the appearance of luxury it can be a little intimidating in respect of possible prices. It definitely leans toward the up market level which can put some possible customers off entering the building. I also feel it could do with more signage as it can be very easily missed when walking past. It’s also a problem regards parking as it is all around the town now. The staff seem friendly and try to be helpful they are also very well dressed, the place appears to be clean and well maintained to a high standard.

I have seen this building transformed from a sad and derelict structure, to the beautiful historical building it now is. The restaurant is warm and friendly and the food great. If you are in Veliko Tarnovo, make this one of the places that you visit.
